Job Title: Commercial Mortgage Broker

Location: Remote

Our client is an innovative company who have developed their own software and business in order to make commercial, development and bridging finance a much smoother process. They have had some amazing success with this platform and are now in a position to train mortgage advisor in the commercial space.

This is a self-employed role, so ideally you need to have a partial client bank in regulated mortgages. No previous commercial experience or clients are needed. You will be converting the company’s commercial leads into deals.

Experience Required to Become a Commercial Mortgage Broker here;

At least 2 years experience as a mortgage broker, CeMAP and CAS required.
Must have some clients to bring with you, these can be regulated or unregulated mortgage leads
Experience dealing with commercial clients is advantageous but not essential.
