Our client is an innovative company who have developed their own software and business in order to make commercial, development and bridging finance a much smoother process. They have had some amazing success with this platform and are now in a position to provide leads in the commercial mortgage space.

This is a self-employed role, so ideally you need to have a partial client bank. This is preferred, but not a deal breaker as leads will be provided.

Experience Required to Become a Commercial Mortgage Broker here;

At least 1 years experience as a mortgage broker, CeMAP and CAS required.
Must be experience in commercial/development finance/bridging loans
Partial or full client bank will be beneficial
