This isn’t one of those roles where you’ll be buried in spreadsheets, running P&Ls for cost centres no one even remembers setting up.
This is commercial finance, done properly.
The kind where your insight actually helps the business make better decisions. And in this business, they’ll actually listen to you.
They're a tech company. Ambitious, fast-moving, and commercially savvy. They’ve got a product that people are genuinely excited about - and not just the sales team.
They recently promoted someone out of this role, so they’re looking for someone to step in and keep the momentum going. You’ll be joining a close-knit team of 7 in commercial finance, working closely with people who know what good looks like and who want you to grow with the business.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Providing commercial insight that makes a difference - not just ticking boxes for month-end.
- Producing analysis and reports that actually inform strategy - not just get emailed to a folder that never gets opened.
- Working closely with operational and senior management teams to bring financial reality into business planning.
If you're qualified, you’ll slot in well. And if you know your way around PowerBI, even better - you’ll be using it to tell stories with data that people can actually understand.
They want someone who’s switched on. Someone who gets how businesses work, not just how numbers add up.
The salary is between £40,000 and £48,000. They’ll push towards the top end for someone who can hit the ground running and bring the right blend of commercial acumen and curiosity.
If you’ve got the experience and you’re ready to step into a role where your analysis won’t just sit on a shelf - hit apply.
