Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key financial interface between practice group management and the Finance department.
- Provide financial expertise and support to improve profitability, working capital, and financial efficiency.
- Lead the annual planning and budgeting process for the practice group.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insightful commentary to support decision-making.
- Support strategic business development, client retention, and increased client profitability.
What We're Looking For:
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified with proven post-qualification experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and exceptional financial analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in finance business partnering within a professional services environment.
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders effectively.
