Finance Manager - M&A Lead

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering exclusively with a key client seeking a Qualified Finance Manager to lead the integration of current and future acquisitions, ensuring seamless financial alignment and operational success.

  • Oversee the smooth and efficient integration of all acquisitions, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Manage all technical accounting, finance reporting, processes, and systems integration post-acquisition.
  • Oversee full finance integration for M&A projects, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Create and implement efficient integration plans in line with business strategy.
  • Drive cost efficiencies and enhance operations following acquisitions.
  • Support the Financial Controller in assessing funding needs for future M&A projects
  • Serve as the key finance liaison for live M&A projects.
