Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering exclusively with a key client seeking a Qualified Finance Manager to lead the integration of current and future acquisitions, ensuring seamless financial alignment and operational success.
- Oversee the smooth and efficient integration of all acquisitions, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Manage all technical accounting, finance reporting, processes, and systems integration post-acquisition.
- Oversee full finance integration for M&A projects, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Create and implement efficient integration plans in line with business strategy.
- Drive cost efficiencies and enhance operations following acquisitions.
- Support the Financial Controller in assessing funding needs for future M&A projects
- Serve as the key finance liaison for live M&A projects.
