The role of the Finance Manager is critical to the development of the business and its processes going forward:

Preparing monthly management accounts.
Profit and loss accounts.
Balance sheet reconciliations.
Dealing with third parties including banks, HMRC, insurance companies.
Cost control.
Consolidated accounts.
Identifying and implementing process improvements.
Working closely with the external Accountants.
Other ad hoc duties as required.
