The company:Major producer of materials to global manufacturers
Main duties:This position will be responsible for managing the accounting functions including a small finance team Report to the US-based Director of Operational Finance.
The role:- Lead the France finance team in monthly accounting close, reporting, and forecasting. - Oversee monthly forecasting for sales, income statement, and cash flow- Manage all statutory accounting processes (journal entries, reconciliations, month/year-end close, trial balance, tax returns)- Lead monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings and analysis (trial balance review, flux analysis, payroll coordination)- Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley financial certifications- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close process- Guide external and internal audit requirements
The candidate:- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)- Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory accounts- Experience in multi-national, multi-currency organizations- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills- High-achieving individual with a strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A) skillset and a solid accounting background. - Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory accounts- Experience in multi-national, multi-currency organizations- Strong analytical and interpersonal skillsThe salary: £120,000 per annum
