Description
The Head of Finance will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all financial operations and reporting
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve financial health of the company
- Providing financial insights and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers
- Ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines
- Leading and developing a high-performing finance team
- Managing relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Reviewing all formal finance procedures and related processes
- Driving the financial planning of the company
Profile
A successful Head of Finance should have:
- Professional finance qualification - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- A strong background in the financial services industry or related
- Statutory accounts preparation experience required
- Proven experience in a leadership role within finance
- Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to easily convey complex technical information to non-finance audiences
