Interim Finance Manager6 Month FTC - with a view to become permanent Sheffield £65,000 - £75,000 Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading business based in Sheffield who're looking for a Finance Manager for an interim period of 6-9 months.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business in a high-impact financial role. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you'll be trialling as an additional head to support the team through a period of growth and restructuring. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong financial leadership and technical skills, particularly in cashflow management, consolidation, and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly cashflow, from forecasting through to strategy presentation, with close collaboration with the Head of Finance.
- Support the 2024 audit process and ensure all documentation is prepared in advance.
- Prepare consolidated management accounts for all entities and present findings to the Head of Finance.
- Assist with the US Tax return and review board packs for monthly meetings.
- Oversee the payroll for UK and overseas
- Line management of a team, offering daily support and guidance
- Manage the budget process, margin reviews, and pricing strategies for new products.
- Participate in the ERP system upgrade project
- Rebuild financial models and work closely with the Head of Finance to review and approve all payments.
Key Skills:
- Fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
- Experience in leading, mentoring and developing a finance team
- Proven experience leading end-to-end financial system implementations/integrations
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments
