Axon Moore is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for a growing business in South Yorkshire to lead finance integration for M&A projects.
The role involves managing technical accounting for acquisitions and shaping the M&A financial integration strategy.
Candidates should be qualified accountants, ideally ACA, with previous M&A accounting and integration experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this position, which requires a technically strong accountant.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Axon Moore are supporting a growing business based in South Yorkshire in the appointment of a Senior Finance Manger to support them to lead a finance integration for M&A projects.This is an exciting opportunity to support the FC and CFO, manage the technical accounting for acquisitions as well as shape the M&A financial integration strategy.The key responsibilities for his person will include:

Owning the end-to-end integration of all M&A projects
Take responsibility for all technical accounting aspects of acquisition completion
Identify and lead initiatives to realise operational efficiencies post acquisition
Production of completion accounts.
Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
Managing the integration of all Finance related processes and systems.
Supporting broader Finance Transformation initiatives.
Work with the finance function to develop andexecute on clear integration plans across processes and systems
Conduct post-transaction financial analysis to evaluate the succes of the integration

The ideal candidate requirements for this role will include the following:

Qualified acountant (ideally ACA)
Previous M&A accounting and iintegreaztion expereince.
A technically strong accountant
Strong communication and organisation skills.
