- Owning the end-to-end integration of all M&A projects
- Take responsibility for all technical accounting aspects of acquisition completion
- Identify and lead initiatives to realise operational efficiencies post acquisition
- Production of completion accounts.
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Managing the integration of all Finance related processes and systems.
- Supporting broader Finance Transformation initiatives.
- Work with the finance function to develop andexecute on clear integration plans across processes and systems
- Conduct post-transaction financial analysis to evaluate the succes of the integration
- Qualified acountant (ideally ACA)
- Previous M&A accounting and iintegreaztion expereince.
- A technically strong accountant
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
