Axon Moore are supporting a growing business based in South Yorkshire in the appointment of a Senior Finance Manger to support them to lead a finance integration for M&A projects.This is an exciting opportunity to support the FC and CFO, manage the technical accounting for acquisitions as well as shape the M&A financial integration strategy.The key responsibilities for his person will include:
  • Owning the end-to-end integration of all M&A projects
  • Take responsibility for all technical accounting aspects of acquisition completion 
  • Identify and lead initiatives to realise operational efficiencies post acquisition
  • Production of completion accounts. 
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Managing the integration of all Finance related processes and systems. 
  • Supporting broader Finance Transformation initiatives. 
  • Work with the finance function to develop andexecute on clear integration plans across processes and systems 
  • Conduct post-transaction financial analysis to evaluate the succes of the integration
The ideal candidate requirements for this role will include the following:
  • Qualified acountant (ideally ACA)
  • Previous M&A accounting and iintegreaztion expereince. 
  • A technically strong accountant
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
