Their reputation in the industry has ensured that they have a number of existing key accounts that are looked after by the current Key Accounts Team. This role will be managing a team of 10 and due to being a national business, may require for you to be flexible on travel across other areas of the country when required. The role of a Key Account Manager Team Leader:
  • To manage performance across the team to ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are met
  • To ensure customer delivery is a core focus across the team and customers are satisfied
  • To look after your own key accounts and to maximise and retain
  • To work closely with the head of department and present reports on your teams performance
  • To travel to assist on acquisitions which can be across the UK
  • MUST have people management experience
