- Managing a varied portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and trusts
- Overseeing compliance and advisory work, ensuring clients receive expert guidance on tax planning
- Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and supporting their development
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships
- Staying up to date with changes in tax legislation and advising clients accordingly
- CTA or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience in personal tax compliance and advisory work
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio and develop client relationships
- Leadership experience or a desire to mentor and develop junior staff
