NJR are delighted to be recruiting for a leading financial planning firm who have over 100 years of combined experience in providing bespoke advice to their clients. Working from their office in North Sheffield, they have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is customer focussed to join them as a Client Assistant
This main purpose of this role is to provide support to clients as they join the practice and will involve the following:
- Providing onboarding support to clients
- Demonstrating to clients how to use the company website/portal to manage their accounts
- Create meeting packs
- Process new business
- Liaise with clients and providers
- Obtain valuations and illustrations
- Assist with creating and distributing marketing materials
- General administration duties
- Liaising with clients, 3rd parties and staff where appropriate

- Previous experience within a similar role
