NJR are delighted to be recruiting for a leading financial planning firm who have over 100 years of combined experience in providing bespoke advice to their clients. Working from their office in North Sheffield, they have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is customer focussed to join them as a Client Assistant

This main purpose of this role is to provide support to clients as they join the practice and will involve the following:

  • Providing onboarding support to clients
  • Demonstrating to clients how to use the company website/portal to manage their accounts
  • Create meeting packs
  • Process new business
  • Liaise with clients and providers
  • Obtain valuations and illustrations
  • Assist with creating and distributing marketing materials
  • General administration duties
  • Liaising with clients, 3rd parties and staff where appropriate
