The firm are now looking to add to their Adviser Support team in a Financial Planning Administrator type capacity, with hiring managers looking to attract an industry experienced, private wealth focused administrator to their growing team.   • Office Location: Sheffield
  • Hybrid/Home Working: Yes - 3-days office, 2 days WFH

Salary/Package: £27-28k base DOE

  • Benefits: 5%Pension, DIS & Westfield Health Cover alongside a full company benefits package inclusive of study support (CII)
  • Holidays: 25 days holiday plus stats
  • Bonus: Discretionary - Paid annually

The Role: The wide-ranging adviser support role working alongside multiple high performing financial advisers working within HNW private wealth advice circles. As a Financial Planning Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • To liaise with product providers, collate policy information and obtain client specific illustrations to support the analysis of data for client asset reviews.
  • Process new and top up applications for life, pension and investment business.
  • Obtain valuations of existing holdings and the preparation of client review packs.
  • Complete any review meeting actions.
  • Process platform withdrawals, fund switches, benefit crystallisations and other online transactions as necessary.
  • Work closely with the Technical Analysis team to deliver a seamless, end to end service for Advisers.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc projects as directed by the Head of Operations.
  • Develop good working relationships with product providers, technology suppliers, team members, clients and Advisers.
  • Maintaining accurate, compliant files.

The Person: You must come from an IFA/wealth management background and have experience of supporting IFA’s/financial advisers in a private wealth focused advice environment. To will:

  • Hold previous experience of processing personal investments and pensions business
  • Have experience of managing key client relationships alongside advisers/paraplanners, fielding technical queries as required
  • Ideally have experience of the Intelliflo system which would be highly advantageous, although training will be given
