Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for clients.
  • Liaise with product providers to collate policy information and obtain client-specific illustrations.
  • Process new and top-up applications for life, pension, and investment business.
  • Obtain valuations and prepare client review packs.
  • Process platform withdrawals, fund switches, and benefit crystallisations.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client files.
  • Work closely with advisers and the Technical Analysis team to ensure a seamless service.
  • Carry out general office duties
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within financial services.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated team player.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Understanding of life, pensions, and investment products.
