The Company: Extremely well-respected, client-centric wealth management firm based in Sheffield looking to add a Financial Planning Assistant to their adviser support team - Ideally this will be an experienced Administrator who is keen on progressing into some suitability report writing work:
- Office Location: Sharrow, South side of Sheffield
- Working Setup: 100% office-based initially, with WFH flex after probation
Package: £25-27k base DOE + annual bonus & full company benefits
- Holidays: 25 days holiday + stats
- Working Hours: Full-time - 37.5hrs p/w
The Role: A slightly hybrid orientated role working across administration support, client relationship management and basic research/suitability report writing on the paraplanning side:
- New/existing business processing
- Preparing client review pack for client meetings
- Obtaining quotations/valuations
- Dealing with product providers and managing relationships accordingly
- Managing client relationships and being the first point of contact for technical queries as required
- Database management
- Assistance with client business development and marketing materials
- Product research
- Paraplanning and suitability report compilation - ISA transfers, lump sum investments etc
The Person: Must come from an IFA/wealth management background and have exposure to supporting IFA’s/financial planners across the breadth of private wealth focused financial advice:
- Required: 2 years + experience in an Admin/Adviser Support role
- Required: Exposure to private wealth investments, pensions and protection casework
- Preferred: Paraplanning and research/report writing exposure
