NJR Recruitment are representing a highly regarded Wealth Management organisation who are based in the Sheffield area. Our Client holds an excellent reputation within the industry and provides a holistic approach to Whole of Market advice for their well established Client Bank.

Due to expansion, our Client is looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to provide support to the Financial Planners. This role will suit someone who has been working within financial services and has strong knowledge of Pensions, Investments, Protection and Stockbrokers as well as delivery of first class service to Clients and Consultants.

Responsibilities will be varied and include:

  • Preparation of correspondence including letters and emails
  • Maintenance of all administration systems, ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date
  • Assist with the management of the IFA's portfolio of existing business
  • Prepare new business and review packs for IFA client meetings
  • Obtain research when requested for Protection and Annuity products
  • Provide mortgage research
  • Obtain illustrations
  • Deal with fund switch requests

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience working within an IFA firm
  • A good knowledge of Pensions and Investments as well as a range of product providers
  • Experience in processing new business
  • Those offering formal industry qualifications inc. R01 - R06 would be of benefit
  • The ability to work autonomously is essential
