Due to expansion, our Client is looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to provide support to the Financial Planners. This role will suit someone who has been working within financial services and has strong knowledge of Pensions, Investments, Protection and other financial product as well as delivery of first class service to Clients and Consultants. They will also consider graduates with a finance related degree looking for their first role in financial services.

Responsibilities will include

  • Diary management
  • Updating client records on Intelligent Office (IO)
  • Obtaining information from clients and providers
  • Dealing with the post
  • Processing new business
  • Dealing with Letters of Authority
  • General office Admin

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience in the industry is desirable
  • Good knowledge on a range of pensions, investment and other financial products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Those offering industry qualifications would be of most interest
