Responsibilities:
- Researching and analysing financial products and services to provide tailored recommendations for clients working in collaboration with advisers. You'll be exposed to a vast array of pensions and retirement products, investments, and protection plans.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of clients' circumstances, portfolios, and objectives.
- Preparing comprehensive financial planning reports, suitability letters, and other client-facing documents.
- Working alongside the wider support team to ensure best client experience and required timescales are met.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and clients, acting as primary point of contact for technical matters via email and telephone.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a regulated financial planning firm.
- Ideally you will have made progress towards Diploma in regulated Financial Planning however this is not essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving prowess.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
