Key Responsibilities will include:
- Act as the 'go-to’ person for technical queries within the team
- Support and mentor less experienced team members
- Monitor and update financial planning tools, research software, and calculators
- Develop and implement advice strategies, including cash flow modelling, retirement planning, and tax-efficient investing
- Ensure the quality and compliance of all financial advice delivered
- Conduct due diligence, research, and investment analysis
- Prepare suitability reports and client presentations
- Oversee provider illustrations, applications, and investment information
- Monitor client objectives and business pipelines
What do we need from you?
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in paraplanning
- Strong knowledge of holistic financial planning, including pensions, investments, and inheritance tax planning
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Chartered or working towards Chartered status would be of most interest, but the Level 4 Diploma is essential
- Experience in training and supervising other team members (desired)
