The Role:
This is a varied and development-focused role that can be tailored to your level of experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Updating and maintaining CRM systems.
- Obtaining Letters of Authority (LOAs) and liaising with providers.
- Creating illustrations, valuations, and preparing reports.
- Preparing for client meetings and supporting financial advisers.
- Report writing and conducting technical research (for Trainee Paraplanners).
- Ensuring compliance with FCAregulations.

What We’re Looking For:
- Senior Administrator: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Financial Services with strong administration skills.
- Trainee Paraplanner: Studying towards Level 4 Diploma (CII or equivalent) with some technical and report writing experience.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of FCA regulations.
- Experience using Intelligent Office (advantageous but not essential).
