The Role:

This is a varied and development-focused role that can be tailored to your level of experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating and maintaining CRM systems.
  • Obtaining Letters of Authority (LOAs) and liaising with providers.
  • Creating illustrations, valuations, and preparing reports.
  • Preparing for client meetings and supporting financial advisers.
  • Report writing and conducting technical research (for Trainee Paraplanners).
  • Ensuring compliance with FCAregulations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Senior Administrator: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Financial Services with strong administration skills.
  • Trainee Paraplanner: Studying towards Level 4 Diploma (CII or equivalent) with some technical and report writing experience.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations.
  • Experience using Intelligent Office (advantageous but not essential).
