What We’re Looking For:
The perfect candidate will bring:
- QTS/PGCE/Cert Ed or another relevant teaching qualification
- Experience working with students of different needs and goals, using strategies to help them succeed
- A solid grasp of the National Curriculum
- Strong communication and organisational skills to keep lessons flowing smoothly
- The ability to build great relationships with students and staff
- A knack for fantastic classroom management that keeps everyone on track
