Are you an experienced Administrator?

Randstad are currently working with an small firm who specialise in solar panels, kitchen, bathroom and roofing schemes. The client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their team.

Package:

  • Competitive salary up to 35,000
  • Monday to Friday (Very flexible start and finish times)

Responsibilities:

  • General administration
  • Customer service
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and events, managing calendars, and ensuring efficient use of time
  • Ensure all records are kept up to date
  • Liase with manager and assist in diary keeping and scheduling client meetings
  • Schedule works for installations and pre-planned maintenance
  • Use Sage to deal with accounts and payroll

Ideal candidate

  • Experience of Administration
  • Experience of using Sage
  • Can do attitude with proactiveness and initiative
