About the RoleJoin our client team as an Alarm Monitoring Agent, where you'll proactively monitor customer equipment, deliver first-line technical support, and ensure exceptional service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage customer equipment to prevent and resolve faults.
  • Provide first-line technical support and log/update tickets accurately.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet SLAs and performance targets.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, handling updates and escalations.

Essential Skills

  • Technical fault coordination with IT/communications knowledge.
  • Strong customer focus and PC skills (MS Office).
  • Ability to perform under pressure in dynamic settings.
  • Experience using Salesforce and event management systems.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce or alarm tools like Manitou and What's Up Gold.

Eligibility

  • Must be eligible for BPSS clearance.
