Job Title: Cutting Operations and Press Brake Programmer
Location: Sheffield, S4 8BT
Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Program CNC machines (3D Waterjet, Flame cutting, Press Brake)
- Support sales team with order confirmations and technical feedback
- Optimise production efficiency through nesting and time planning
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
- Manage job orders, process scheduling, and identify production improvements
Requirements:
- Strong Maths and English skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CAD, reading and producing technical drawings
- Programming experience with cutting machines (Laser, Flame, Waterjet) and press brakes
- Preferred experience with SolidWorks and specific software (Bystronic, Trumpf, Waterjet Sweden)
