Hours: 9am- 5pm Monday- Friday (flexibility)

Position Overview:

General Overview: Elevation Recruitment Group’s – Marketing Division are pleased to be working with a SaaS business to recruit a CRO Executive reporting to the CRO Manager As a CRO Executive, you will be responsible for enhancing the performance of their website and digital assets by driving improvements to conversion rates.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including other members of the digital marketing team and design to identify opportunities, implement tests, and analyse data to deliver actionable insights. Your goal will be to help maximise the effectiveness of our digital touchpoints and ensure the best possible user experience, driving business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conversion Rate Optimisation: Identify and analyse opportunities to improve conversion rates across key digital channels (e.g., website, landing pages, email campaigns, and checkout processes). Develop, implement, and track A/B testing and other experimentation strategies to improve user experiences and conversion performance. Using behaviour data, understand customer intent and optimise key touchpoints in the customer journey.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse website performance data (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and then provide regular performance reports and insights to key stakeholders, showing the impact of CRO activities. Working with the CRO Manager, you’ll create and track KPIs related to conversion optimisation efforts, and continually measure and report on success metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers and developers to create, implement, and refine changes based on optimisation strategies, as well as partnering with the digital and campaign marketing teams to align conversion optimisation with broader campaigns and digital strategies.
  • Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest CRO tools, trends, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of optimisation efforts. Continuously iterate and refine strategies based on data and testing results to ensure sustained improvements.

Experience:

Proven experience in conversion rate optimisation, website performance analysis, or digital marketing.

  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other CRO techniques.
  • Experience with CRO tools like Google Optimise, Optimisely, VWO, Crazy Egg, or similar.
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics platforms, especially Google Analytics, and other data analysis tools.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience with HTML.
  • CSS.
  • Javascript, or other web technologies.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and tools.
