A new position has opened up for a Conveyancing Fee Earner in the Conveyancing Department of a dynamic and client-focused firm based in Sheffield. This role offers the chance to manage your own caseload while contributing to a busy and collaborative team environment.
In this role, you will manage your own caseload of sale and purchase transactions. You will be expected to meet individual targets while ensuring that business KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved. Flexibility is key, as there may be occasional requirements to support other areas of the business.
Day to day...
- Independently manage a caseload of residential sales and purchases, using an assistant when necessary
- Ensure all tasks are completed in line with deadlines, meeting individual targets and overall business performance metrics
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person client interactions
- Communicate effectively with other solicitors, professional organisations, and internal stakeholders
Your skills...
- At least 1 year of experience in a conveyancing fee earner role (all experience levels considered)
- Strong organisational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
- Experience with Case Management Systems, Land Registry Portal, and online SDLT submissions
- Solid knowledge of conveyancing processes, anti-money laundering regulations, and compliance obligations
