They are part of a group employing over 500 people, in debt recovery, throughout the UK. They work with some of the largest retail, banking and commercial businesses around the UK to help recover overdue debts and arrange payment solutions, helping people clear their debts. Working shifts between 8am to 8pm - Monday to Friday, your primary role will be making and receiving telephone calls with customers to arrange payment of outstanding debts.Application Criteria:You will hold a minimum of 6-12 months experience in a telephony based role You will require experience and exposure to telephone collections / debt recovery and/or credit control About CRA Consulting:CRA Consulting are a specialist legal recruiter, operating across the UK.
