Salary: £45,000 - £60,000

The Role

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment.
• Analyse drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain industry knowledge of materials and methods.
• Present estimates professionally to clients.
• Assist in tender submissions and track project costs.

The Candidate

• Proven experience as a Structural or Architectural Steel Estimator.
• Strong knowledge of structural/architectural steel and construction methods.
• Proficient in estimation software and MS Office.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications in engineering or construction management.
