- Prepare and submit grant applications.
- Build relationships with grant providers and stakeholders - GLA & Home England.
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with the construction team to align grant opportunities with project needs.
- Stay up-to-date with changes and developments in the funding landscape.
- Monitor and track grant applications and their outcomes.
- Report on grant activity and success rates to senior management.
Profile
A successful Grant Specialist should have:
- An educational background in Finance, Business, or a grant related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the GLA or Home England.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and its funding landscape.
- Proficiency in grant writing and management.
