This administration role is best suited for IFA administrators with at least 2 years of experience. Whilst initially you will be providing administration support, there is a clear pathway to progressing to paraplanning in the next 2-3 years. The business will support you with getting your level 4 qualifications so that you’re ready to move into a paraplanner role at the firm. Whilst the business would like you to be based near Sheffield, this role is remote so you can work from home.

The Business

The business is a well-established financial advisory practice that provides independent advice. They are directly authorised and are going through a period of rapid growth with additional advisers joining the firm, hence the need to grow the support team.

The Role

You will be providing administration support for several advisers within the firm, helping them with obtaining necessary information. for periodic (annual) reviews. You’ll be speaking with clients, arranging meetings, processing new business, obtaining third party information and actioning ad-hoc requests i.e. withdrawals, fund switches and top ups. You’ll be part of a team that really believes in doing the right thing for its clients.
