Are you an experienced Implementation Manager with a passion for delivering seamless ERP solutions and optimizing business processes? The Role:

As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in leading ERP implementations for our proprietary order management and website software, designed specifically for the promotional products industry. This is a varied and dynamic position, working closely with clients, internal teams, and software developers to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from initial scoping to go-live.
  • Gather business requirements and configure ERP systems to align with client needs.
  • Manage custom development projects, including API integrations and website connectivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition and user adoption.
  • Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and continuously seek process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in ERP implementation projects, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or industry-specific platforms.
  • Strong understanding of order management, supplier workflows, and inventory control.
  • Strong customer support and troubleshooting experience with ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with Power BI and project management tools such as Jira or Trello is advantageous.

Desirable:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the Promotional Products Industry.
