Role: ERP Implementation Manager
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £60,000 per year

The Role:
As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in leading ERP implementations for our proprietary order management and website software, designed specifically for the promotional products industry. This is a varied and dynamic position, working closely with clients, internal teams, and software developers to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from initial scoping to go-live.
- Gather business requirements and configure ERP systems to align with client needs.
- Manage custom development projects, including API integrations and website connectivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition and user adoption.
- Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and continuously seek process improvements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in ERP implementation projects, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or industry-specific platforms.
- Strong understanding of order management, supplier workflows, and inventory control.
- Strong customer support and troubleshooting experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
- Experience with Power BI and project management tools such as Jira or Trello is advantageous.
Desirable:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the Promotional Products Industry.
