This role requires an Interim Head of Payroll and Pensions to manage and oversee all aspects of payroll and pension operations within a public sector department. Description

  • Oversee all payroll and pension operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and implement payroll and pension strategies to support the organisation's goals.
  • Ensure all payroll and pension processes are efficient and streamlined.
  • Handle any complex payroll and pension queries, providing expert advice where necessary.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships.
  • Ensure regular reporting and analysis of payroll and pension data.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll and pension processes.
