We are looking for a Junior Acoustic Consultant to join a well-established environmental consultancy and offers a wide range of services to support sustainable development and address environmental challenges is seeking a Junior Acoustic Consultant. The company collaborates with developers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to provide customised, practical, and innovative solutions tailored to each client's specific needs and requirements.

The main responsibilities included within the Junior Acoustic Consultant role include collaborating with key stakeholders across different departments to ensure the timely delivery and successful completion of all project deadlines. Conducting surveys and assessments on noise and vibration using specialist modelling software and Compiling technical data from assessments and creating comprehensive technical reports for clients.

To be considered for the Junior Acoustic Consultant position, applicants must have a Bachelor of Science (BSc) or a Master of Science (MSc) in acoustic engineering or a related field, along with certification from the Institute of Acoustics (IOA). Practical experience in conducting sound and noise assessments is also required, as well as possession of a valid UK driver's licence and proficiency in both written and verbal communication. Also, it is important that the ideal candidates are based near to the office in Sheffield.
