- Oversee and guide hot material conversion processes.
- Design, implement, and monitor production and manufacturing routes.
- Serve as a liaison for customer audits and technical inquiries.
- Conduct non-conformance investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Drive product and process improvements to maximize performance and reduce costs.
- Strong understanding of metallurgy and material processing.
- Experience with quality control and inspection protocols.
- Attention to detail, organisational skills, and sound decision-making abilities.
- A collaborative and proactive team player.
- 5+ years of Industry experience
- Experience with auditing
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy or Materials Science
- Experience in Forging
- Competitive salary £47,643 P.A (With a little flexibility depending on experience)
