Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving organisation who due to a peak in workloads need support for their HR/ People Team.
The main purpose of the role will be to provide note taking/ minute taking support for hearings and meetings conducted by the HR/People Team.
The duties of the role are outlined below and successful applicants will be able to demonstrate upon application having held a similar role previously.
Duties include:
- Attending meetings either in person or online via Teams to take thorough notes during a variety of HR meetings (including performance reviews, appraisals, disciplinary)
- Completing reports of meeting minutes/notes within 48hours and allocating to portals/ record appropriately
- Correspond and support the wider HR/ People Team
-Diary management to make sure that all hearings are booked and attended accordingly

What you'll need to succeed
Experience needed ;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Minute-taking experience
- Excellent administration and typing skills
- A high level/ degree of professionalism, able to attend confidential/ sensitive meetings
