Multi Track Team Leader Location: SheffieldSalary Range £40,000 to £55,000 Specialisations: * Employer Liability (EL) * Public Liability (PL) * Occupier's Liability (OL) * Industrial Disease * Road Traffic Accidents (RTA) * Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) Cases Role Responsibilities: * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of personal injury lawyers. * Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, risk, and complaint management. * Manage case allocations, workload distributions, and case vetting. * Uphold excellent client care and relationship management with third parties. * Stay updated with relevant legislation, ensuring the team is informed and trained. * Participate in firm's management meetings and performance frameworks. * Oversee business development initiatives. * Use and optimize the case management system. * Maintain and promote best practices within the team. * Manage personal caseload of complex, non-portal matters, from inception to conclusion. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Strong organisational, time management, and prioritization skills. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. * Experience in Personal Injury Litigation. * Familiarity with protocols, best practices, targets, and deadlines. * Strong ability to process large information volumes. * Positive attitude with leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills. * Prior management and team supervision experience. * Proficient in case management software and other IT tools. * Excellent communication skills. * Effective team performance evaluation and analytical capabilities.
