A well-established and highly regarded Legal 500 firm in South Yorkshire is looking to add a Personal Injury Fee Earner to its personal injury team in the Sheffield office. This role focuses on handling a caseload of EL/PL (Employer's Liability/Public Liability) claims.
As a Personal Injury Fee Earner, you will:
- Handle your own caseload of fast track PI claims, specifically focusing on EL/PL claims
- Undertake financial management of cases.
- Utilise your legal analysis, research, and business development skills to contribute to the team's success.
- Have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis.
Ideal Candidate:
- Over 3 years of experience working in a personal injury environment handling EL/PL claims
- Strong legal analysis, research, and business development skills
- Experience in managing your own files and caseload
