Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity? Our small, friendly primary school in South Sheffield is seeking a Full-Time Year 1/2 Teacher to join our well-established and welcoming team. This is a maternity cover role for one academic year, starting in September 2025.

The Role

As the class teacher, you will:

  • Deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
  • Undertake the full teacher role, including planning, assessment, and classroom management.
  • Attend parents' evenings and contribute to the wider school community.
  • Create a positive and nurturing learning environment where all children can thrive.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
  • Enthusiastic, committed, and adaptable.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience teaching KS1 is desirable, but not essential.
