- Monday to Thursday: 06:30 - 16:15
- Friday: 07:45 - 12:45
- Serve as the business’s NDT Level 3 expert for UT and MPI techniques.
- Develop, maintain, and approve procedures to meet required standards/customer specifications.
- Collaborate with external NDT consultants to develop procedures for additional techniques.
- Set training and competency standards for the inspection team.
- Ensure all processes have up-to-date risk assessments and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support operator training by ensuring trained assessors are available for all processes.
- Act as process owner for shot blasting, welding, painting, and all inspection techniques.
- Develop and implement improvement strategies for owned processes.
- Drive process improvements through non-capital and capital projects.
- Conduct root cause investigations for defects, processing failures, or non-conforming products.
- Investigate and address customer complaints related to process deviations.
- Ensure Management of Change (MoC) processes are followed for process adjustments.

- Level 3 qualification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI).
- Qualifications in welding and/or welding inspection.
- Extensive NDT experience in safety-critical environments.
- Detailed knowledge of a wide range of inspection techniques.
- 5+ years of experience working in Lean manufacturing environments (desirable).
- Proven ability to manage and sustain controlled process changes.
