Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a fantastic global organisation as they look to recruit for a Permanent Reward Manager.

Reward Manager

Sheffield - 2/3 days a week in the office

Full time and Permanent

up to circa 85k.

The Reward Manager will be responsible for managing compensation activities alongside Reward projects. The role will manage a team of 2 and will support compensation activities across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Leading on a variety of Reward projects including activity such as global annual review cycles and pay gap reporting.

- Drive successful completion of Rewards projects, working closely with stakeholders both internally and externally.

- Play a critical role in key people projects and project management to align Reward with business requirements.

- Managing a small team.

We are looking for:

- In-depth experience of all aspects of compensation management, including job levelling, bonus frameworks and annual review processes.

- Experience managing multiple Reward projects in a large professional services environment.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Previous team management experience is an advantage.
