Our client, a leading organisation in Sheffield, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of a well-established company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with customers to determine their contract requirements and establishing key relationships
  • Obtaining and overseeing customer schedules, ensuring efficient scheduling and meeting commitments
  • Proactively identifying and resolving potential customer complaints, logging them into the CRM system
  • Generating additional sales and leads by recognising up selling opportunities and referring to specialists
  • Maintaining databases, generating credit notes, and keeping records up to date
  • Undertaking miscellaneous or ad hoc business requirements as needed

Required technical competencies:

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word,
  • Strong Advantage - PowerPoint, CRM, SAP, Success Factors, and Outlook

Our client offers:

  • A competitive salary of up to 25,000 depending on experience

- Full-time working hours, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

  • 22 days of holiday plus 9 bank holidays
  • A friendly and supportive working environment in Sheffield

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Proven experience in contract coordination or a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Ability to handle customer complaints efficiently and provide effective solutions
  • Flexibility to manage various projects and meet business needs
  • A valid driving licence is not required for this role
