Elevation Recruitment Group- Business Support Division are excited to be exclusively partnered with a market leading manufacturer in Sheffield in their search for a Sales Support Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

  • Office Based
  • Flexible Working- 37.5 hours a week with flexible start and finish time between 06:15 - 09:30 and 14:30 – 18:00
  • 25 days + Bank Hols

As a Sales Support Coordinator your key responsibilities will be

  • Oversee the intake of new inquiries and coordinate activities to ensure the creation of high-quality bid packages.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as organising meetings, processing invoices, gathering data, and providing support to the sales team.
  • Manage and enhance ERP and administrative systems to ensure that the sales and bidding processes align with the operating procedures.
  • Set up and track internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Review and validate incoming orders against original tender documents.
  • Gather and report on feedback for bids and proposals.
  • Maintain and distribute financial reports.
  • Manage and respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
  • Prepare initial drafts of quotes.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience within a Sales Support role ideally within a manufacturing or engineering background, have an excellent eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
