Elevation Recruitment Group’s Business Support Division is thrilled to exclusively partner with a leading manufacturer in Sheffield to find a Sales Support Coordinator on a permanent basis.As a Sales Support Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the intake of new inquiries and managing activities to create high-quality bid packages.
  • Handling various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, processing invoices, gathering data, and supporting the sales team.
  • Managing and optimizing ERP and administrative systems to ensure alignment with sales and bidding procedures.
  • Establishing and tracking internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Reviewing and verifying incoming orders against original tender documents.
  • Collecting and reporting feedback on bids and proposals.
  • Maintaining and distributing financial reports.
  • Managing and responding to Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
  • Preparing initial drafts of quotes.

To succeed in this role, you should ideally have experience in a Sales Support role, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
