As a team leader, you will be supervising a experienced team of surveyors and coordinators. You will play a crucial role in supervising the coordinators and assistants with various tasks.Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the coordinators and assistants on a day to day basis
- Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets.
- Dealing with customer complaints and resolutions.
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of tenders and contracts.
- Supporting the management of subcontractor accounts and payments.
- Preparing and submitting regular financial reports.
- Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate cost control and project delivery.
