Role Responsibilities:As the new Year 4 teacher, you will:

• Develop and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and styles.

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support each student's development.
• Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a dynamic educator who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience in primary education, ideally with Key Stage 2.
• Brings a strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is organised, adaptable, and enthusiastic about fostering a love of learning.
