Days and Nights 12hr shifts 06:00 to 18:00 / 18:00 to 06:00
Salary is negotiable, with overtime rates at 1.3x on weekdays, 1.5x on Saturdays, and 2x on Sundays.

Job Description
A leading, independent heat treatment company is seeking experienced Heat Treatment Operatives and Chargehands to join our expanding team at our Sheffield location.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading customer materials from vehicles.
- Preparing furnace loads according to work instructions.
- Programming furnace controllers to achieve specific customer requirements.
- Using charging machines to load and unload furnaces.
- Identifying materials before and after heat treatment and packing customer goods post-processing.
Required Skills:
This role involves working a rotating shift pattern. While full training on our equipment will be provided, prior experience in heat treatment or steel manufacturing is preferred. Possession of current or lapsed forklift truck (FLT) and overhead crane licenses is advantageous, and training or refresher courses can be provided for the right candidate.
