The Role:
As an Exam Invigilator, you will be responsible for ensuring that exams are conducted fairly, securely, and in accordance with all regulations. Your duties will include:
- Supervising students during examinations, ensuring they adhere to exam rules.
- Setting up exam rooms and distributing exam papers.
- Managing exam timings, ensuring students have the correct materials.
- Observing and reporting any incidents of malpractice or disturbances.
- Providing clear instructions to students as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
We welcome applications from individuals with the following skills and experience:
- Experience working in an educational or supervisory role (e.g., Teaching Assistants, Classroom Support Staff).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow exam protocols carefully.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with students and staff.
- A calm, approachable demeanor, with the ability to remain focused in a busy environment.
- Reliability and punctuality.
