The Rough Sleeping Refugee Service is a transformative initiative dedicated to addressing the housing and integration challenges faced by individuals granted refugee status. We focus on empowering individuals to rebuild their lives by providing tailored, practical solutions that lead to lasting stability

Duties:As an Integration Service Team Manager, you will be expected:

  • To support and motivate staff in achieving outcomes and meeting targets within a payment-by-results initiative focused on preventing or relieving homelessness among single refugee individuals.
  • Meticulous analysis of data to identify trends, areas for improvement,
  • Production of comprehensive reports.
  • Building and managing relationships with landlords in the private sector,
  • Expanding the housing inventory
  • Fostering connections throughout the council
  • Overseeing referrals, managing financial transactions and budgets, and ensuring accurate data input and monitoring

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage a team, ability to drive and motivate the team to achieve lasting, positive outcomes.
  • Highly organised, able to balance competing priorities, and skilled at working to clear targets.
  • Ability to deliver results is essential, as meeting set targets ensures our clients success.
  • Strong Negotiation skills to deal with the landlords and other services
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with private landlords and local council
