A newly created Cluster Hotel Controller role overseeing 2 hotels belonging to an established UK wide Hotel Company.
Reporting to the FD, working closely with the GMs, your key focus will be to improve and monitor control/ income audit procedures and be involved with P&L/month end preparation including prepayments and accruals.
This is very much a hands on, operational finance role, paying particular attention to F&B margins and highlighting and reducing deficits.
You'll need to be used to challenging the norm, displaying a confident and supportive approach at all levels of the business to achieve common goals.
This is an ideal role for an experienced hotel AFC/Hotel Controller looking for more ownership, scope and challenge.
